Inner Circle Show

2012 New Members

The Inner Circle is proud to announce our newest members.  We are limited to 100 active members at any given time, so openings are on par with our stage flops: few and far between.  The Class of 2012 includes three members from the broadcast side.

JENNIFER McLOGAN

Jennifer McLogan

WCBS-TV’s Jennifer McLogan is now a member of the Inner Circle.

After following the tradition of humiliating herself before the assembled membership during the 2012 first rehearsal Feb. 10, Jennifer was unanimously voted in.

She didn’t need to bring that trunk full of Emmy awards or that degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Michigan after all.

Jennifer has been reporting at Channel 2 since the 1990s.

She’s still mulling whether to tell her husband,  Dan, and their three children that she’s one of us.

SONIA RINCON

Sonia Rincon

Even after enduring the Inner Circle member hazing, er, induction ritual, Sonia Rincon says she’s thrilled to be a new member.

Sonia is a reporter/anchor for 1010 WINS Radio.  She joined the station about five years ago and did an earlier stint with KYW radio in Philadelphia.

Sonia originally hails from the Bronx, and that accounts for her devotion to a certain baseball team from the same borough.

Kathleen Maloney is a reporter and anchor with the new all-news radio station WEMP FM News 101.9. She is a native of the Bronx and has spent her entire career in radio in New York City. It started at Fordham University where Kathleen was a chemistry major. But she got the news bug at WFUV-FM. Her career in commercial radio started at WABC where she rose to News Director. Before joining FM News last summer, Kathleen covered the city’s neighborhoods for 1010 WINS.
